The primary stake of the company counts 50 000 000,- HUF. Halna-Duna Ltd. has been growing dynamically in the past 3 years. By the end of 2009 the turnover increased tenfold in compare with 2007 and it was approximately 2 800 000 000,-HUF; with 330 000 000,-HUF after-tax profit.

At the company’s establishment the principal activity registered in the trade register was:

              •      building demolition, eathworks,

   which at the end of 2009 was changed to

•    organization of project investments in building construction

The headquarter of the company is: 1117 Budapest, Bogdánfy Ödön street 6, Hungary; it has a registered site at: 2400 Dunaújváros, Vasmű tér 1-3, Hungary, and also has representative offices in Moscow, Russian Federation, and in Kiev, Republic of Ukraine.
